There is a secret mystical quality to vessels. Inspirations for our boxes come from a great love of containers, Ancient Architecture, Asian Art, Art Deco, and the world around us. Our work is leading us to the future. To us the woods are as rare as fine gold and diamonds. Working the wood from its raw form and bringing out the beauty of the grains and colors is like working with fine gemstones. The use of simple elegant design is used to showcase the beauty of combinations of high contrasting woods.
Each piece is a total collaboration between husband and wife, together for over 20 years; we have become a team, almost one person, Carving, Cutting, Sanding, Turning, exploring the beauty and sharing our vision with each other and the world.
